We're all pursuing something. Whether it's a career, traveling the world, a family, happiness, or plain old nothing, what you do everyday determines who you are. And at a more fine level, what you put into your body affects what you get out.
For those of you who are happy and finding success, keep doing what you're doing! I applaud you. But for those of you who may not be, maybe it's time to change things up...
Now I don't mean "move to the other side of the world" changes. Actually, quite the opposite. I've found that small changes over a long period of time can actually have just as big of an impact - with better success rates.
This means if you're a night owl who always stay up late, maybe try and go to bed and wake up earlier during the week? If you eat meat 7 days a week, maybe do one day without it?
